The "Villa Cambodunum" property is a private home with 4500 sqm of land. Four holiday villas have been designed there within, each of them keeping a warm, personal atmosphere, thanks to a modern design philosophy combined with numerous integrated antiques.
The compound is surrounded by striking gardens and little private shady "patios" that invite guests to withdraw and take a nap or “siesta”, while enjoying the quiet and mild Mediterranean climate.. The house also counts on a large “Fiesta Patio" for special occasions, fully equipped with barbecue and comfortable chairs to host a large number of people.
Parking is available in a secure, enclosed area.
The Villa is only a few minutes away by car from Estepona town center and supermarkets, and the beach is only at 850 m distance.
The property is located in a very peaceful area.
There are plenty of options to practice different sport activities. The sea is ideal for diving, swimming, surfing or sailing; playing golf is possible in any of the numerous and famous golf courts in "Costa del Golf" .The surrounding mountains invite you to practice hiking and biking, but... Would you rather like go horseback riding? What about skiing in Sierra Nevada or making a day trip to Tangier, Morocco or maybe Gibraltar (45 km)? Shopping malls, the Marbella shopping area or the many bodegas, bars, restaurants or street markets in the area are some of the many other options to may want to consider.
Estepona
The town’s location between the sea and the mountains opens the door to many different attractions, including its many attractive beaches along its 21 km of coastline. But the landscape of the interior marked by its beautiful mountains is worth being visited.
The oldest vestiges found in Estepona date back to prehistoric times, but even more remarkable are the influences and traces left in the area during the Roman, Phoenician, Muslim and Medieval periods, among others. As examples of their culture, they have left behind great monuments such as the “Torre del Rejoj”, many Arabic watchtowers, the San Luis Castle or Los Remedios Church. Visiting the local museums, located in the original Estepona Bullring is a must.

Ein sehr netter Gastgeber im Haus sorgt für "Wohlfühlklima"! Schönes Ambiente mit Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail und die vielen kleinen Tips wann man wo sein sollte, wo die Tappas schmecken und auch preiswert sind kommen vom Gastgeber und sind inklusive. Kurzum, wir waren als Familie mit drei grösseren Töchtern da und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen!
Villa Cambodunum es maravillosa, nos ha sorprendido muy gratamente. Los apartamentos son preciosos, con una decoración que no encontrarás en otro sitio facilmente. Totalmente equipados, no falta de nada. Lo mejor es el trato del dueño, Dieter, que es verdaderamente encantador, y que se vuelca totalmente con los clientes, proporcionándoles todo lo que necesitan. El jardín es de ensueño, lleno de plantas tropicales, flores y hasta un huerto de árboles frutales del que puedes recoger mangos y limones y otras frutas. La playa está a 5 minutos en coche y es limpia y amplia. Estepona además tiene de todo. Sin duda, pensamos volver.
La casa es extraordinaria: limpia, preciosa y muy bien equipada. Ideal para descansar y cargar las pilas. El propietario es amabilísimo, respetuoso, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar: hace que uno se sienta como en casa. Una elección en la que uno no puede equivocarse.
